Q. What type of properties are offered?
A. All the land offered on myeproperties.com is either residential, ranchland, commercial, agricultural or simply property to hold for investment.

Q. Can I build a house on this land? Is there a limit as to when I build?
A. Providing that the property has been zoned residential and is approved for building, there would be no time limit to build, or you do not have to build at all.

Q. Is there a balloon payment with this financing?
A. There is no balloon payment. There is no penalty for early payment or paying more than the minimum every month.

Q. Are there any monthly association fees?
A. HOA fees may be applicable in some properties. There are no HOA fees associated with any Texas properties that we have available.

Q. May I use the land while I’m paying for it?
A. Yes, you may use the land beginning on the day you purchase the property. It will be yours to use and enjoy.

Q. Why is this land offered by myEproperties so inexpensive?
A. We purchase large properties at a low price. By buying larger parcels, it is possible to get a lower price per acre. We pass our savings on to our customers.  All of our properties are carefully selected for their natural beauty and potential.

Q: Who owns the properties being sold on www.myEproperties.com?
A:  All properties sold on www.myEproperties.com, are owned by Concorde Financial Corporation.  It must be specifically noted that Concorde Financial Corporation is not a real estate brokerage firm.

Q: Are there any liens on the properties?
A: No. We provide title, which is free and clear of any past due taxes, or financial encumbrances.  For all intents and purposes the title shall be free and clear of outstanding liens and encumbrances which are not of normal public record.

Q: Will I get a Tax Bill while Financing?
A: No. We will receive all tax bills for the property while you are financing from us. We will make the payment on your behalf, and the yearly tax amount will be added to your remaining balance. Once your lot is paid off, and title is transferred, you will receive the tax bills directly from the county.

Q: Should I visit the property before buying?
A:  You are more than welcome to visit, in fact we encourage it.  However, most people who buy from us have not seen the properties before purchasing them.

Q: If I buy a property, do I need to pay the downpayment together with the first payment?
A: No, you only need to send the downpayment.  The first payment is then due on the 15th or 30th of the following month and thereafter when financing.  Custom arrangements can be made to accommodate. 

Q: Do I need to qualify for financing and how long does it take?
A: No. We see it as our mission to make property ownership affordable for as many people as possible.  Therefore we do not require formal qualifications.  Our financing plans and terms have never been better and we are confident we can tailor a plan that will fit your budget.

Q. Payments?
A. Monthly payments are made directly to Concorde Financial Corporation by sending your payment by the due date each month. We accept checks, international money orders and credit card payments via PayPal.  Your payments are applied using simple interest with a portion of each payment applied to principal and interest. If you wish, you may make extra payments at anytime. The entire amount would be applied to your principal balance. There is no prepayment penalty.

Q. How many feet are in an acre?
A. 1 Acre = 43,560 Sq. Ft.
