A. Verify the names, address and phone number.

B. Be sure the type of buyer is noted correctly. Sole and Separate, Joint tenants, LLC, etc.

C. Verify the Unit Block and Lot(s) as these will appear on the Agreement for Deed. The deed to your property will be held by Concorde Financial Corporation. When you have paid your contract balance in full, a warranty deed will be executed and sent to the appropriate county for recordation and returned to the address on the contract.

D. Check the down payment, the total amount to be financed and the interest rate. If you wish to save interest, you may pay more per month than the minimum suggested on the web site. Please put that amount in as the amount per month.
